22/11/16 Straight From The Trainers Mouth

Martin Keighley
1.30 Lingfield Forecast 8/1
Forecast returns after his Hereford win and drops back in trip to two miles under Conor Shoemark who was his victorious jockey last time.  A big ask to win again but he's in great form.
★☆☆☆
2.05 Lingfield Viking Mistress 6/1
Viking Mistress makes her debut over fences for the Martin Keighley Racing Club and is also in great form.  She jumps fences well at home and looks a chaser so we've taken the opportunity to crack on over fences and see how she goes.  Ground an unknown but she has a bit of a knee action so I'm hoping it won't inconvenience her.  Again, we'll see.

Malcom Jefferson
12.40 Sedgefield Tiger Mountain 10/1
o jumped well on his debut at Kelso. The drop back in trip may not suit but the ground will be softer which may negate that. He needs to improve to win but I would like to see him jump well and gallop from A to B. Jamie Hamilton rides him again.
★★★☆☆
1.10 Sedgefield Waiting Patiently 11/8
The most exciting runner is Waiting Patiently. He has close form with Cloudy Dream from his hurdling days and has schooled well over fences. He should handle the ground and there should be a nice gallop on as it is a good race.
★★★★☆
2.15 Sedgefield Four Mile Beach 7/2
Harry Russell has been with us for two years now and deserves his chance to race ride so we give him the leg up tomorrow. As he can be keen in blinkers we have switched to cheek pieces to help him travel but not too well! The only concern with him would be the ground.
★★★★☆
3.20 Sedgefield Frobisher Bay 9/1
He ran poorly at Carlisle last time and we still don’t know why as he has come out of the race well. Hopefully he can put a poor run behind him and show what he showed at Stratford!
★★★☆☆

David Pipe
1:30 Lingfield – Daklondike 5/2
Our former Irish point-to-point winner will stay the trip well and the trainer seems to have found a race in which he has solid claims.  He is a chaser in the making but has already done more than enough to suggest he will be winning over hurdles at some point.  Tom Scudamore is in the saddle.
★★★★☆
